The Problem We Saw
Every organisation has the same problem: teams meet, discuss, agree on next steps — and then nothing happens. Actions fall through the cracks. Promises are forgotten. The same conversations happen over and over.
We looked at the market and saw dozens of tools that record and transcribe meetings. Great. But transcription is only the first 10% of the problem. The real challenge isn't capturing what was said — it's making sure what was promised actually gets done.
So we built Loopion: a platform that captures actions from meetings, tracks them across every occurrence, and resurfaces outstanding items until they're complete. We call it the accountability loop.
